We are a small team of software developers. ( https://www.gratatechsol.com/ ) Our team has more than 10 developers and consultants. Over the years, weโ€™ve delivered complex, high-impact projects and have built a reputation for consistently exceeding client expectations.

How We Work

We secure and manage web development projects through platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn. However, we have faced challenges in securing projects due to a limited number of Upwork accounts. To address this, we are expanding our Upwork presence and are looking for Account Support Specialists who can provide their Upwork accounts. 

  • Compensation: They will receive a monthly payment for making their accounts available, typically $100+10% of income per month. If themselves are software developers, then they will get paid $100+20% of income made through Upwork per month. I will discuss with the candidates about this in more detail. 

Account Coordinator Role

The Account Coordinator role is one of the simplest positions in our team. The main responsibility is to provide access to their Upwork account. They should be located in the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, South America, Europe for Upwork account sharing.  

Their key responsibilities include:

  • Creating an Upwork freelancer account on a new laptop. I will send some money so that they can purchase a laptop. But before I send money, our VA will have a video meeting with them to check your identity. 
  • Turn on the laptop 24hrs/day. After creating their Upwork accounts, I will access the PC remotely and submit proposals, handle interviews to secure projects.
