Who are we?

Were on a mission to automate and simplify modern infrastructure using AI. Engineers today spend up to 30% of their time wrangling brittle YAML, tweaking scaling configs, and patching Kubernetes. We're building an AI copilot to take that load off an intelligent layer that spots and resolves issues before they become problems, predicts usage with precision, and optimizes cloud spend automatically.

With fresh funding, real traction, and a deeply technical founding team, were ready to scale a product that engineers will actually love to use.

What's in it for you?

  • Competitive compensation and meaningful equity

  • Relocation support to NYC, with commuter benefits included

  • 100% health, dental, and vision coverage

  • Monthly health stipend + One Medical membership

  • Quarterly off sites in unique locations

  • Sabbatical program: $5,000 bonus + 5 weeks off every 3 years

  • Fully stocked pantry and regular catered meals

  • Join a close-knit team shipping fast, learning fast, and laughing often

What will you do?

  • Design and deploy intelligent systems to automate infrastructure workflows

  • Rapidly prototype and ship applied AI solutions using LLMs, knowledge graphs, and retrieval systems

  • Build vector search pipelines and run large-scale evaluation frameworks

  • Fine-tune and adapt existing language models for real-world deployment

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other engineers to bring features from idea to production

  • Give a tech talk during the interview process you'llΒ  be doing this kind of knowledge-sharing on the job, too

What will you need?

Essentials:

  • 5+ years of applied machine learning or related experience

  • Demonstrated ability to build large-scale information retrieval or search systems

  • Experience constructing and running evaluation pipelines

  • Pre-training or fine-tuning LLMs (language modeling experience required)

  • Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with common ML libraries and data tools

  • Strong problem-solving and code maintainability skills

  • Excellent communicator comfortable with fast, iterative development

Standouts:

  • Hands-on experience with vector search

  • Track record of open-source ML contributions

If you're excited by real-world AI applications and want to build something engineers will love and use daily this is the role for you.Β Β Passion for staying ahead of applied AI trends and emerging tooling
