Job Description:

We are seeking an uber creative and innovative Senior Graphic Designer and Project Manager who can seamlessly blend artistic excellence with exceptional project management skills for our top-performing New York retail division. The ideal candidate will lead design initiatives while efficiently managing projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

 



Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties: 

  • Develop and execute innovative and impactful design concepts for real estate marketing, adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery stages while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and research, to align design projects with business goals.
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions and provide guidance to sales team to foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and industry best practices to ensure designs are current and competitive.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage resources, and report on project statuses.

 



Qualifications

Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design with proven project management experience.
  • Expert proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the real estate industry and/or retail is a plus, but not required.

 

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually.  The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.  In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
