We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer focused on Web & Brand to take ownership of our marketing website, campaign visuals, and digital brand presence. While this role sits within the design team, it’s not focused on our core product UI — instead, you’ll work on how Copilot shows up around the product: online, in campaigns, and across public touchpoints.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong product design foundation who is excited about visual storytelling, web design, and growth-driven creative work. You’ll partner closely with our marketing and product teams to translate business goals into high-impact web experiences, landing pages, and branded visuals that drive conversion and reflect our product’s polish and ambition.

Own our marketing website. Design and evolve our core site, landing pages, and digital touchpoints to reflect our brand and product quality.
Create marketing visuals. Work on campaign assets, paid ads, social graphics, and event materials with a focus on storytelling and impact.
Translate product value into design. Understand Copilot’s positioning and market, and communicate its value clearly through thoughtful UI/UX and visual hierarchy.
Shape our visual identity. Help refine and scale our brand system across web, digital, and marketing channels.
Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with product, engineering, and growth teams to ship pages and assets efficiently.
Iterate quickly. Use feedback and performance data to continuously improve our user’s visual experience.
You’re a visual thinker. You combine excellent taste with strong systems thinking and understand how to build brand consistency across digital formats.
You’re web-savvy. You’re fluent in responsive web design, layout systems, and how to structure pages that are both beautiful and effective.
You move fast and iterate. You’re comfortable working in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments and can quickly go from concept to polished deliverable.
You care about the details. You sweat typography, spacing, micro-interactions, and the subtle design decisions that elevate the work.
You collaborate well. You enjoy partnering with marketers, writers, and engineers, and know how to share feedback and bring others into your process.
You love working in person. We're convinced that building a strong culture happens face-to-face, and we're looking for people who thrive in highly collaborative, in-person environments.
0+ years of experience in UI/UX design, brand design, or web design — ideally in a SaaS or fast-paced startup environment. Recent graduates encouraged to apply!
A strong portfolio showcasing marketing sites, landing pages, and visual design work that blends brand and performance.
Bonus: Experience with motion design, animation, or lightweight front-end (HTML/CSS) is a plus but not required.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We also offer equity as part of the compensation package!
