Description

The Graphic Designer role is execution-focused, producing the high-volume assets that fuel our growth across wholesale, DTC acquisition channels, Amazon (B2B, U.S., international), DTS, product go to market, and product/campaign go to market. As our business expands, so does the demand for content—Amazon requires increasingly robust creative, DTS calls for custom school-specific materials, and our photography needs now include not just laydowns but on-figure e-commerce imagery to stay competitive.

To keep pace, this role will not only deliver polished, on-brand work across digital, print, sales, and retail, but also leverage AI tools to streamline production, accelerate iteration, and enhance creative output. It’s ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in high-quality execution at scale, and wants their work to directly support brand growth and sales impact.

Responsibilities:

Channel Deliverables: Manage a high volume of asset requests across wholesale, DTC, Amazon (B2B, U.S., international), DTS, and licensing to support growth across multiple sales channels.

Amazon Content: Design and adapt content for Amazon, which is increasingly content-heavy, including storefront imagery, enhanced brand content (A+), and product page visuals optimized for conversion.

Digital Assets: Create graphics for social media, email campaigns, paid ads, and website updates—resized and optimized for each platform.

Print Collateral:  Design flyers, catalogs, brochures, signage, trade show graphics, and POS displays; prepare production-ready files for print.

AI Integration: Leverage AI design tools to streamline production tasks (resizing, background cleanup, copy variations), generate creative options, and accelerate turnaround times.

Presentations: Build branded PowerPoint/Keynote templates and decks to support internal teams, sales meetings, and external pitches.

Production Work: Adapt and update existing creative into new formats (resizing, reformatting, updating copy/images) with speed and accuracy.

Brand Consistency: Apply established brand guidelines to all deliverables, ensuring a cohesive look across channels.

File Prep & Management: Organize, version, and deliver final artwork in correct formats; maintain asset libraries for easy cross-team access.

Collaboration: Partner with marketing, creative, sales, and cross-functional teams to meet campaign timelines and priorities.

Vendor Support: Liaise with printers, production partners, and external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely output.
