What You'll Do 

As IT Support Specialist, will provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, install/configure systems, maintain networks, document incidents and ensure minimal downtime. 
 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Providing technical assistance to end-users

  • Troubleshooting hardware/software issues

  • Installing and configuring systems

  • Maintaining networks

  • Documenting incidents and ensuring minimal downtime

  • Executing IT projects 

  • Accountability for various technical resources and deliverables

  • Supporting and advancing process improvement

  • Documenting updated IT procedures within the Helpdesk support model

  • Technical and Procedural Documentation

  • Delivering IT support excellence

  • Multitasking on various IT projects 

  • Relationship building with departmental and program managers

  • Performing other related duties as assigned

 

You're a great fit for this role if you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in business, computer science or related field

  • 3+ years previous experience supporting relevant technologies and systems or the equivalent combination of experience, education or certifications

  • Microsoft Certifications relevant to current technology and systems 

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel are a plus

  • Knowledge and in-depth understanding of Helpdesk and support metrics

  • Strong organizational, presentation and project management skills

  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, integrity and ethical standards

  • Ability to navigate complex and/or difficult situations and bring about positive resolutions (within the scope of responsibilities)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Compensation 

  • $55,000 - $60,000
