They're now searching for a Lead UX Designer to help reimagine their digital experience and shape the next generation of their platform. This is your opportunity to lead design strategy at a company that values creativity, precision, and a human-centered approach.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UX vision for a polished, intuitive, and mobile-first e-commerce platform.
  • Translate ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specs ready for engineering.
  • Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to align aesthetics with business goals.
  • Manage Jira requests and work closely with engineers to ensure smooth design handoff and implementation.
  • Establish and maintain a scalable design system and robust design documentation.
  • Conduct user research and testing to continuously refine the customer experience.
  • Balance brand storytelling with usability - ensuring every interaction feels meaningful and effortless.

Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2C UX/UI design, preferably within e-commerce or product-led brands.
  • A deep understanding of mobile-first design, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
  • Exceptional aesthetic sense - you know how to make design both beautiful and functional.
  • Skilled in Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, Zeplin, and InVision.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable measuring and optimizing based on KPIs and user insights.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with experience using Jira or similar project tools.
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

  • Experience in subscription-based or e-commerce products.
  • Previous work in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Background in interaction design or motion prototyping.
  • A strong online portfolio showcasing your design process, results, and impact.
