Bring marketing strategies to life by creating, designing, and executing initiatives across multiple channels, including: branding assets, print collateral, online content, retail, social, and more
Maintain brand differentiation by staying true to the brand values and strategy yet staying up to date and infusing the work with relevancy
Execute with a high level of design and creative excellence as well as a high level of consistency across all brand touchpoints from digital to in-store
Prioritize work and resources based on short and long-term needs, build timelines and gather project-relevant information from key stakeholders across the company
Manage and mentor other designers to create effective and well branded creative and ensure that the team is creatively inspired, engaged & motivated by the strength of the work they are putting into market
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience in a related field required
10+ years of design experience in branding for digital, print, & packaging β experience in both print and web creative execution a must
Expert knowledge in graphic design principles; strong visual design sense, excellent typography & layout skills, keen eye for detail and brand identity systems
Possess an outstanding portfolio with variety of industries and deliverables represented
Experience working with marketing teams and demonstrated flexibility in management of creative execution needs, and ability to positively respond to critique/feedback
Skills in versatility and adaptability with the capacity to handle multiple projects and re-prioritizations at once, while remaining flexible through multiple revisions and keeping a keen attention to detail
