This is a high-impact leadership position tasked with elevating the company’s market presence, accelerating demand generation, and positioning the brand as a dominant voice in the cybersecurity industry. The Vice President of Marketing will report directly to the CEO and play a critical role in defining and executing a marketing strategy that aligns with aggressive growth targets, strengthens brand equity, and supports sales objectives across multiple regions and verticals.
Develop and lead the end-to-end global marketing strategy, encompassing brand positioning, demand generation, digital marketing, content, product marketing, communications, and field marketing.
Own the company’s narrative—craft compelling messaging and positioning that clearly articulates value to target audiences, including CISOs, IT leaders, and business decision-makers.
Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure tight alignment between go-to-market motions and customer acquisition/retention goals.
Scale demand generation initiatives across digital and account-based channels to drive high-quality pipeline growth.
Lead and mentor a growing team of marketers, fostering a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and data-informed decision-making.
Manage external agency relationships and oversee PR, analyst relations, and thought leadership initiatives.
Serve as a strategic thought partner to the executive team, contributing to overall business strategy and investor communications.
10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles—preferably within cybersecurity, enterprise software, or other complex technical markets.
Proven success in building and scaling marketing organizations in high-growth environments.
Expertise in modern demand generation tactics, ABM strategies, and marketing automation platforms.
Strong command of brand storytelling and market positioning in a crowded, competitive landscape.
Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels—equally adept at big-picture thinking and tactical execution.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and represent the brand externally.
Experience working with sales leadership to drive GTM alignment and pipeline acceleration.
