Northwest Talent Solutions (NWTS) is partnering with a global technology and digital transformation leader to recruit a Senior Network Security Engineer (L3) who will play a critical role in protecting and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure supporting large-scale business operations.

This is a hands-on engineering role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced network security solutions across complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, and brings deep expertise in network security architecture and troubleshooting.

What You'll Do:

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network security infrastructure
Architect and support Checkpoint and Fortinet firewall environments
Provide L2/L3 support for network security incidents and outages
Implement secure connectivity solutions for internet and extranet environments
Support F5 LTM/GTM load balancers and WAF configurations
Configure and manage Pulse Secure SSL VPN and Citrix NetScaler ADC
Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation across network devices
Monitor and maintain McAfee Web Gateway proxy environments
Create network topology diagrams and documentation for operational support
Resolve operational incidents (P1–P3) within defined SLAs

What You Bring:

10+ years of enterprise network engineering or network security experience
Deep expertise with Checkpoint and Fortinet firewall platforms
Experience supporting Cisco networking environments (ASR, Nexus, Catalyst)
Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
Experience supporting F5 load balancers and WAF
Hands-on troubleshooting across Layer 2/Layer 3 networks
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, packet analysis, and Wireshark/tcpdump
Experience with Infoblox IPAM and DNS management
Knowledge of NIST frameworks and security best practices
Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred
